One of the best metal bands I've ever heard.

Can I get a witness?

Gojira may be the best metal band I've ever heard (of the hard core assault your senses variety-which I mean as a compliment.)  I don't know if they are prog.  I don't care.  Get their live DVD.  Oh sweet jesus is it killer.  Thumbs%20Up

Good band, From Mars to Sirius is quite good, but a bit too long for my taste. I too dont find them Prog, but I do find them good

oooo I love Gojira

actually that's a bit of a fallacy, as I've only heard Mars to Sirius (which is still amazing)

but it's so good I might pick up on Mike's suggestion to try the link

I think Gojira are a great band.  Very progressive rhythms used and a very obvious slant towards being creative and fashion their very own sound which they have done very succesfully.

Saw them in Belgium two years ago and was highly, highly impressed with the show.  Remembrance is an unbelievable track to see live.
