- Earthbound - can't decide (all songs are consederably weak do to naff production, making it hard to judge by merit of the performance)

This is hard and it depends on my mood. I think there's sometimes a difference between "best" and "what draws me back to listen to the most", that is, there are some songs I think are brilliant and enjoy but my own little musical peccadillos (and sick sense of humour) draw me to something else.
By analogy, I have met people who I admire greatly for their achievements or service to others, but they aren't necessarily the people I like best. So here are my "best friends" on each of the albums:
In the court of the Crimson King - Epitaph (Schizoid Man is probably the "best")
In The Wake of Poseidon - Cat Food (Devil's Triangle/Mars = best)
Lizard - Indoor Games (Prince Rupert suite = best)
Islands - Ladies of the Road (Formentera Lady and Sailor's Tale = best)
Lark's Tongues In Aspic - Easy Money (LTIA Pt I = best)
Starless and Bible Black - The Great Deceiver (Fracture = best)
Red - Starless
Discipline - Frame By Frame, Thela Hun Ginjeet, Elephant Talk Discipline and The Sheltering Sky are the best :)
Beat - Neurotica (but Waiting Man is impressive)
Three of a Perfect Pair - TOAPP (LTIA III is the most impressive)
VROOOM - I don't know it very well
ThraK - Dinosaur

In the wake of poseidon-Pictures of a city(great album)
Lizard-Lizard(happy family is a bit sh*t)
Islands-can't remember the album well ;)
Larks tongue in aspic-Book of Saturday(easy money is mediocre)
Red-Red(Not enough keyboards or jazz drumming on this album)
Starless and bible black-Night**tchman(mediocre album)
Beat-can't remember the album well ;)
Discipline-Frame by frame(one of crimsons best songs)
Three of a perfect pair-Three of a perfect pair(sleepless is sh*t)
Thrak-inner garden
I haven't listened to the albums in red font too many times. In the wake of Posiedon is the only classic in the crimson catalogue imo. It has the best song writing and has plenty of keys and good vocals which the Wetton era lacks ;)
