When will Close to the Edge enter the charts again? Tongue

Most likely when flat-earthers actually start falling off the side of the world.

That's what happens when they stand to close to the edge. Smile

No, it won't enter the charts again but it has taken on a new life in this millenium regardless. Fragile used to be the "big one" by Yes but these days consensus seems to be for CTTE.

I'm just telling you what it says on the RIAA website. Yeah, I noticed that wikipedia says what you say but I personally still find that somewhat hard to believe (sue me). No, I'm not saying it's not true just that it's not something I would have guessed if I didn't see it for myself. Plus it's only a single regardless. Thriller was a single plus an album.

I could say that about half the hits ever recorded.   Is 'Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer' or 'I'm a Believer' really better than 'Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite' or 'Crosseyed Mary' ?   Someone thought so.

As a follow up to this story, the album added one further week on the Billboard 200 chart after the eclipse, and now stands at 990 weeks total.

Honestly, "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" bores me to tears.

"Welcome to the Machine" and "Have a Cigar" make WYWH worthwhile. The title track is good, but I avoid it because I heard it too many times. Burnout.
