Damn its extremely hard to pick on this one, I adore the Guapo, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Magma & Secret Chiefs 3 albums, and that means I left Univers Zero out! Both the Guapo and SGM are Gnosis 15's for me. Ahvak is the one missing from the poll for me, great album.
Vote Guapo - 5 Suns, top 5 album on the last 2 decades for me.

Not too familiar with this year, but K.A. is one of the best albums of the period.

Great selections, a hard choice.
Will go with Five Suns, begrudgingly over Book Of Horizons, The Human Equation, and Magma.

Whoops... I hit Marbles (great album) without seeing Dark Matter (even a little better, my fave IQ album).

I'm actually American, so any heavy handedness towards British artists is entirely coincidental, though I'll take the advice anyway and will do my best to diversify future polls.

Goes against the grain to not vote for IQ, but Dark Matter is not their very best (it dips, in between two magnificent epics) and THE is one of the very finest of all albums😎 Marbles has some classic tracks but is overrated IMHO (Drilling Holes is awful....) |

It's just a matter of time. I'm planning to set up a Prog Europa YouTube channel (for non-British artists) sometime in the distant future with the first provisional A-Z list of artists already mapped out, but it won't be until 2022 at the earliest.

Because that would be totally dishonest. I like a lot of European bands, as I'm sure you're well aware.

^ These are some of the European prog bands in my CD collection, although that's only a small fraction of the European bands I like and listen to.
Delain (2 CD's) Earth & Fire (2 CD's) Epica (1 CD) Frumpy (1 CD) Group 1850 (2 CD's) Kayak (2 CD's) Leaves' Eyes (2 CD's) Nightwish (7 CD's) Shocking Blue (3 CD's) Solution (2 CD's) Within Temptation (5 CD's) I'd love to have a lot more European prog albums in my CD collection, but they're very hard to get hold of in England. ^ Yes, I forget to add European Symphonic Metal albums to my list, although I've added them now.
I included Shocking Blue anyway, simply because I like them, and they're Dutch. Edited by Psychedelic Paul - December 30 2020 at 06:51 |

European symphonic metal is not prog. We were still talking about European prog, weren't we?
