Not so much for me, but man I am ready for the semester to end.

I have like all of these long-term projects, presentations, and essays all of a sudden and most classes are trying to cram in tests the week before our finals so I'm all RAGE.

*foams at the mouth*

I'm more than ready for winter break. I have exactly one month and one day to go.

Ouch. I have 23 days left. @_@

One more month of nothingness - winter break - exams.

Then second semester of nothingness.

That's how it was for me until this semester (and even still it's partially like that, but it's almost all gone).

The upper level classes are when it goes away and college actually becomes somewhat challenging. Especially for Accounting.

It is ridiculous how much material I am being "taught" is part of regular high school curriculum. At least one fourth of my algebra class have had algebra 2 or higher already, yet we are stuck in a room for two hours every Monday and Wednesday being retaught. No wonder I often have a migraine at the end.

It's mainly my Tax Planning class that's killing me. The rest are at least manageable.

But then again, I'm a perfectionist so I'm trying to stay as close to a 4.0 as possible and our school recently changed to the +/- system---so now I need a 94 or higher in every class to maintain it.

Oh, I know; I agree entirely. I think our public schooling system is a joke in some regards. It's really a shame.

Trying to get a 4.0 myself. I can't really afford B's. I'm pretty much in the clear except for math where I have an 83% I need to kill the next test and the final so I can bring it up. unfortuneatly they're within a week of each other so I dunno. Dead

That sucks. I always hate having to catch myself up like that.

Good luck with it!

My programming classes are like that. At first everyone's grade is low because the grades are based on daily quizzes, but towards the end when we get assignments your grade goes up. I wish it was the other way around, but oh well.

I need to hear more Zu albums to see if they're as amazing as the new one.

Not sure where it ranks in my top albums for the year yet, but it's up there.

I liked Pink Floyd quite a bit when I first was getting into music years ago; never have found much appeal to them ever since (same with Zeppelin).

There just isn't enough substance for me, I don't know what it is.

They're Melodic Death Metal. Growls with clean singing. Good musicianship. You'd probably like Holographic Universe. hmm..

Yeah, it's true.

At least I find Animals to be good. That's easily my favorite by them.
