You can do an EP of Neal Morse songs and call it Neal Recurring.

You're a funny man today, aren't ya?  Wink
I am in a mostly good mood today, which does tend to lead to some slappy remarks.

I'd be in a perfect mood if it weren't for my uneasiness about my mom...whose birthday is Friday.  I am mailing her a card and I will call her then I think.  Confused
I take it she wasn't too happy with the news that you were taking a restraining order out on her for the two week period following the birth of your 2nd child.

Apparently she was mostly upset that my wife chose to email her rather than call her.

Well, at least she didn't text her the news.

I know. It's insane.

Honestly I'm still in between a 3 and 4 on it (leaning towards 4). But I do know it's not a 5.

But not unprecedented, even for this year.

I do not think it's anywhere near KA. Still in the top 10 for the year for me though. Great album.

But not unprecedented, even for this year.

Not even Number Seven or The Incident were anywhere near that after 22 ratings though.

I'd honestly have a hard time ranking it, given that I want to give it a 4 mostly for the second piece and that I'm a huge Magma fan (but objectively the second reason isn't valid). Although at the same time, KA is sooooo much better, which would make me want to lower it to a 3.

I still have a month and a half to decide though.

You wouldn't be the only one.

On the other hand, I can take a wild guess that there aren't more than 100 last.fm users with more than 2k pieces scrobbled. Wink

First experience of Triskaidekaphobie doesn't highlight it as something stunning.

Today, in Physics, we used a VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR!  Unfortunately, I didn't bring any of my CD's to play during class (my teacher even said he would allow it,) but I still threw in a few quotes here and there throughout the hour instead.  The Van Der Graaf Generator shocked you when you put your finger near it.  Sometimes it's electric field was very small, and other times it would shock you a foot away!  It was also the first time I ever got to hold a girl's hand (we were doing this experiment where we saw how electrons could travel from person to person.)

Actually, the device you are talking about is a Van de Graaf Generator.  For some reason the band screwed up the name.

Oh and yay for holding a girl's hand.  Tongue

According to PA's rating system, yes.

According to RYM, for the moment I casted a 4.5 for it.

Which is the equivalent of 8.5 towards 9, out of 10 - I recently work with the 10-point scale, deluding myself it's a smaller clusterf**k than with the 5-star scale LOL.

In reality (and inside Magma's universe), I'd put it somewhere between the two (4 and 4.5).
