Although some of the presets might now sound a tad brittle to contemporary ears, I always really liked this reworked instrumental arrangement by Geoff Downes of Video Killed the Radio Star. I wasn't crazy about the original so that tells you how highly I rate this version.
It was released on the, rather unusual for the time, full length audio CD demo for the Korg 01/W workstation:

No need to be embarrassed by what you like.  I would vote for Whiter Shade of Pale but there are so many great prog-pop songs that it's hard to choose. Follow Me Follow You would certainly be a contender.

Combines Great Gig in the Sky, Pachelbel's Canon and Buffy St Marie's Soldier Blue in 5 minutes of brilliance.  It was released as a single apparently but disappeared without trace.  It should have made Wally famous.

Yes - "Owner of A Lonely Heart".

"Tempus Fugit" pushes it a bit, but that song is catchy and poppy as hell IMO.
