Is Adele worth the bother to try and listen to? The mainstream music media seems to love her, and she seems to be an almost normal person. Just curious if anybody has ever listened to her.

I know you think my opinion stinks but I find her and her music annoying.
However, I will say something perhaps controversial:
Although I dislike Lady Gaga, I completely understand why she is like she is and respect her for what she does. I saw her being interviewed recently and she's an intelligent woman who knows full well what she's doing. Much like Marilyn Manson does as well. Although I think she's more normal than he is.
Plus she's a great performer even if you do hate her songs, like I do.
