New Ozric Tentacles was surprisingly good. They're all consistent, but this one was like a breath of fresh air. So energetic.

Paper Monkeys which came out in September.

All their albums sound samey, with the 90s albums having more world music influence, and the 2000s albums having more electronic influence. However, the 90s albums are generally much better than the 2000s albums, but they're all consistently good, IMO. But this new one had some kind of an edge that I feel their recent albums have been lacking.

Maybe I've just not been in the mood for them lately.

I listened to some of the new Merzbow but I'm not really in a noise mood.

I'm not either. I was in a dubstep mood but it didn't last long enough for me to capitalize on it.

I haven't really felt like listening to music this week at all, which I guess is why I'm watching so many crappy movies.

I havent listened to much music in the last few days, due to the holiday and all

I think I've felt like that for quite a while, besides random spurts where I want to listen to something and then it's over.

I wanted to listen to Gojira earlier, I got to the third track, paused for something, came back and didn't want to  listen anymore.

Oh goodie this album has recordings of Annaliese Michel's exorcism on it. Ouch

GOD I'M SCARED

If anyone else wants a listen, it's like those recordings turned electronic: http://briansquare.bandcamp.com/
