Dark Elf, I'll nominate another favorite of mine, although they could have shaved their underarms and the vocalist reminds me of the Coyote from Roadrunner, this song is really very good, I like it so very much, the tune always stays in my head, it sounds simple but infact it is not and has orchestration especially violins

Ummm...this is probably the only time in the history of mankind that Dexys Midnight Runners will ever described as "prog". I don't hear it. I don't see it. And the rolled-up bib overalls were tacky looking even in the 80s. The song is catchy, granted. It has violins, granted. It is not prog, however. The Pogues were more prog, and that's even funny for me to say.
