What you cookin'?

James is curious to hear you speaking, Liz, because (he said) your writing is so British.

I think that album is very inconsistent. A shame, as both Xanadu and Cygnus X-1 are fantastic.

I don't mind the other songs too much.

Now following it up with Hemispheres. Yay! Smile

Same thing with Hemispheres for me. LOL
The epic on there is way too repetitive to me.

Permanent Waves and Moving Pictures are their most solid albums imo, especially the former.

I don't care much about the first two tracks on Permanent Waves though.

I don't have Moving Pictures on vinyl. I will have to rectify this sometime.

I agree about PW and MP being their most solid albums.

I prefer AFTK and Hemispheres exactly because they're more inconsistent. They sound more fresh to my ears, while PW and MP sound too crafted. Just my tastes.

I think they're both great, especially Freewill. But the reggae part in Spirit of Radio is kind of silly.
It's a 5 star album though, imo. Jacob's Ladder and Natural Science being their best songs.

Hemispheres is so full of win.

I love each song even though they don't have a flow to them like the other albums seem to have (to my ears).
