Can call me crazy, but the poison that makes insane.  For quite some time that was one of my top five favourite in PA albums. That said, before that, that PFM and Le Orme album would have been two of my very favourite albums.

Le Orme was the first Italian Symphonic Prog band I got into, and PFM the second.  And that Present album was one of the first RIO albums I heard.
