Which Prog songs - ones that you know of anyway - are the most bizarre... I mean extremely weird ?
Here's a couple.  I'm not sure they classify as "songs" as such.
[Musical Group/Album]

Pink Floyd - Ummagumma:
Several Species Of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together
In A Cave And Grooving With A Pict

Aphrodite's Child - 666:
The song ( #5 on disk 2) is just a symbol for infinity, something like "00" (or whatever...), it features famed actress Irene Papas repeating words from the Book of Revelation.

For me it has to be White Noise's track 'Black Mass: an Electric Storm in Hell'

Man, that's a freaked out track.

That's a good choice. Off the top of my head... well, all of the stuff by Devil Doll is pretty weird, so are bands like Magma... I've always found KC's "Moonchild" weird, but highly enjoyable nevertheless. It puts me in mind of some of John Cage's stuff. Certain sections from VdGG's "A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers" are also absolutely surreal.

One of Zappa's labels was "BIZARRE" so he should have a special mention for his entire work. And in terms of songs : "Nasal Retentive Calliope Music"

Ooh - I keep meaning to get hold of some Forever Einstein! Their song titles are FANTASTIC.

As for plain weirdness, you can't really go wrong with The Residents. (I know they're not listed on here, by 'eck if they're not progressive then tell me what is!). Their sound is wonderfully bizarre and more than a little unsettling. Great fun in small doses.
Other nominations for purveyors of overtly "weird" music: Slapp Happy, Magma and Mr Bungle.

The thing is, as soon as you step outside the cosy settings of Symphonic Prog there's a HUGE amount of "weird" music in prog. In fact, that's WHY it's prog! Go out and explore, friends!

Try Wigwam's song called "Pedagogue" from the album "Being". That song has one of the weirdest vocals I've ever heard. Actually the whole "Being" album is quite weird.

I was about to mention Early Guru Guru, Neu! and Brainticket . How about Grobschnitt`s Mount of Olives from the first album? Other weird stuff I have although perhaps not considered prog:

Beaubourg- Vangelis
Songs From The Dolmen- Meredith Monk
Soundtrack from Eraserhead
Anything from Throbbing Gristle
Anything by Silver Apples
A lot of Fripp`s solo stuff using tape loops and other effects

........to metion a few.

From the latest batch of Cuneiform Records, FE's Racket Science, took slightly longer than the others to get into, but it has got me now. Deceptive instrumental trio, who are far more complex than the casual first listen might suggest. Elsewhere described as 'RIO', but not on the evidence of this album and so supposedly the earlier ones.

One you missed - anything by Ruins.  That is definitely the most bizarre music (if one can call it that) that I have ever heard.
