Both very important symphonic prog (or third wave prog) albums from the 90s. But which do you prefer more and why? The swedes classic double album or The Beard's Beatlesque lush masterpiece?

You have to have a certain number of posts(and points)here before you can start a poll.
Anyway, I haven't heard either of these in a while. However, why not choose snow since that's a double album instead of beware of darkness?

Both masterpieces for me. Stardust We Are is a rare creature as a double album where both discs are as good as each other.

Just for clarity's sake, Beware of Darkness is a George Harrison song off his debut triple album. So it's funny you mention that it's Beatles-esque. Funnily enough, Morse had originally only heard the Leon Russel version.

Beware of Darkness is a decent album. Stardust We Are is drawn out for at least an hour too long and is relatively uninspired.

For me is both. Not among my top rated albums, but quite enjoyable in their own ways.

I haven't listened to these two albums in a long time. So much music, so little time. I want to give them a listen now when I have some time.
