The 1st two tracks are my fav. I voted for One For The Vine. I heard that Tony Banks took a very long time to write it. It's even better on Three Sides Live (UK version).

This is arguably the best Collins era album. I really cant decide whether I prefer Trick to WAW or not.

One for the Vine gets my vote

Then in order..

Unquiet Slumbers/In that quiet earth
Blood on the rooftops
Eleventh Earl of Mar
Afterglow
Wot Gorrila
All in a mouses night
Your own special way

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

What?! Nobody has voted for Your Own Special Way? Outrageous!

I'm surprised that Blood on the Rooftops has only 6 votes. It's my favourite track on the album and IMO one of the best Genesis tracks ever.

One For The Vine- but that's hard because it's such a good album. Better than A Trick of the Tail, IMHO.

Thumbs Up I hear you, Paco, great, evocative song, and I LOVE that Idle "French waiter" sketch! "F*ck off! Don't be following me, eh!" Tender/comic/brilliant!LOL

Hurrah for Monty Python!!  Meaning is sooo underrated, I actually like it as much as the Grail, and much more than Brian.

Oh, and my favorite W&W track is 11th Earl.

Afterglow is the standout track in my opinion, and improves massively in concert....brings tears to the eyes at the end when the stage is flooded with purple lights...

It has to be Afterglow, followed by Vine and Blood On The Rooftops/Mar.

I've never liked Mouse's Night - a bit cringe-worthy like Robbery, Assault and Battery.

Don't like Your Own Special Way much either.

'In That Quiet Earth' is proof that songs don't always need lyrics. This song is awesome live.

Definitely 11th Earl of Mar, with Blood on the Rooftops and One for the Vine coming immediately next. The instrumentals are good, too - while I absolutely LOATHE Your Own Special Way (not too keen on Afterglow either). BTW, I think that was the last really good album Genesis made before they started going downhill.
