Hi guys,
You know what would be really cool is a page that lists links to all the fests that are going on through out the world and a tab for the page also. I have not seen this on any other prog site. It seems to me that the prog festivals are the medium that is keeping live prog alive. A chance to see bands that we would otherwise not get to hear. I think Prog Archives would be a great place to have a universal list.
I can think of a few off the top of my head
Nearfest
Rosfest
CalProg
BajaProg
Any others that can be added?

Reed  At least someone stopped by. 
I am just getting back into prog after a 25 year absence and I find it fascinating that the genre might be contiuned in the way jazz fests have kept jazz going. Then I found out we have had three here in So Cal (the first two folded) with third seeming to be more realistic in its goals.
But I am curious about how many of these are going on in the world? Do people here attend them? I think they could be better advertised which is why I suggested a link page here.

Well there is the one in London that 3F8ts attended in November(?) other than that I know of no other in Blighty.

Especially with petrol prices as high as they are. Is your area rural or town size? I am just curious. I mean I live in area of 10 million people from LA to San Diego and we can barely put 400 people in a prog show with 5 bands all of whom have recordings.
