OK, here's ona clue: the photo's title includes the name of the TV source, and from there you can derive the country (of both the band and the TV source). Now think of one of the most prolific bands from that country, which included guitar, bass, keyboards and drum kit, nothing more and nothing else.

Clue -- It's a band whose only album has received lots of 5-star ratings in the Archives, and gets lots of praise in many prog e-zines.
