Topic: Let’s Gross-Out! Posted: June 26 2005 at 19:05 |
Any gross-out horror buffs out there. These are about all the gross-out horror films I'm familiar with. I go with Dawn Of The Dead. It's gross, intelligent and funny. Besides, I think of this film every morning when I have a nice stack of Panceas with maple syrup for breakfast.

One that is not horror but surrealistic and much more gross than any
horror flics is "Viva la Muerte!" by Spanish surrealist Fernando
Arrabal. Some of the scenes are strangely gross and hlilarious at the
same time, like when the mob catches a priest who has collaborated with
the fashists and the about 10 year old boy, who is the main protagonist
of this movie, shouts: "Cut off his balls and stuff them down his
throat!" This happens, and you then see the priest, semen running out
of his mouth, saying: "Oh my testicles, how delicious they are! Lord, I
thank you for this delicious meal! You gave them to me, you took them
from me." This is gross and hilarious at the same time. Other gross
scenes: An officer of the Franco army forking the eyes of the boy's
father on a long prong and then eating them in one of the boys
fantasies. Or the boy biting off the head of a lizard. Or putting
maggots on his sandwich and eating it. Or the boy making love to his
aunt, while both are covered with maggots. Or the boy's mother sh*tting
on the head of his father. To name just a few gross scenes from this
very very extreme movie. There are many many more scenes like that.

Sounds pretty juicey! Kind of reminds me of Dali's Un Chien Andalou.

Easily the best horror series available. I really prefer Army of Darkness to the previous two, but they are all among my favorite movies. Damn hilarious, too!

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
