Geordie Greep The New Sound album cover

Let's see what this is all about, seems popular here and on RYM. Black Midi was a band that sounds like it should be a 5/5 band for me but ended up being more of a 3.5/5. So I'm not expecting to love this as much as the consensus, but should be fun at least.

I liked the Geordie Greep enough, about on par with Black Midi. Probably worth a couple more spins.

Now checking out this, I have been pretty 50/50 on their output lately (both the 'main line' and the various divergences) but there is the occasional gold track still.
