Hello,

My name is Raśl, and my progressive rock project is named "The Winter of Our Years". The first album came out in September 2024, and we are currently working on our second album, and the expected release date is February 2025.

Biography:
I was born and have lived all my life in the island of Puerto Rico. Have been in the music scene since very young, but mostly playing other genres, even if my favorite was always prog. I studied music on the island and earned a master degree on music education. This first album came about after living hard times these past few  years, and putting it up as a musical escape with a hopeful ending. The band "The Winter of Our Years" is formed by myself in most instruments (guitars, bass, keys), Madeline Alicea (Vocals and Violin), Shary Luciano (Cello), Jose Garcia (pianos and keyboards on track 1 and 2), David Ramirez (Guitars on track 1), Ferdinand Lopez (Drums).

Our first album "In the Edge of Sanity" is available on Spotify and all other streaming platforms

Thank you for your suggestion! Which subgenre of progressive rock do you think your project fits in best?

I think symphonic prog or crossover prog fits best in this band
