Yep. I forgot about him for the purposes of this thread. I saw him play with the Muffins a few times including once at Progday.

Very sad news...

Very sad indeed - I first remember him as a member of Blue Mink.

And, most relevant for progheads, as the bass player in Sky.

Yes! RIP.

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

RIP Wojciech Paszkowski (passed away today). :( One of the greatest Polish dub/voice actors in history. The superstar of 90's dubs, and the voice that molded the childhoods of me and other Zillennials. That hurt.

RIP Greg Khin (of the Greg Khin Band). One of the biggest two hit wonders of the 80s has left us. Those of us of a certain age undoubtedly remember hearing TGKB on the radio. Weird Al even parodied his song "Jeopardy." RIP Greg.

John Mayall in Ostia (Rome), 1982.
One of the best concerts I've ever been at.

A big loss.
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

John Mayall, age 90.

wow.

Bluesbreakers: Clapton, Jack Bruce, Green, Fleetwood, McVie, Mick Taylor, John Hiseman, Dick Heckstall - Smith.

From Mayall: Cream, Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, Colosseum, one of The Rolling Stones.
Amos Goldberg (professor of Genocide Studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem): Yes, it's genocide. It's so difficult and painful to admit it, but we can no longer avoid this conclusion.
