In this poll are 25 artists I've been listening to and am feeling the most of the H's I know right at this moment.
Some others I would have liked to include (I expect Jimi Hendrix would get attention, and wanted to go with names I more recently discovered. Heresy not to include Hendrix in the poll, perhaps): H.P. Lovecraft Bruce Haak Hamster Theatre Hansson & Karlsson Hardy, Françoise Jason Havelock Jimi Hendrix Herbe Rouge Herhums Hirasawa, Susumu Hisaishi, Joe His Name Is Alive Hoelderlin Honeydip Honeyelk Hopper, Hugh Horrific Child Dick Hyman & Mary Mayo (sounds like a joke, but it's not) Hypnos 69 I have stretched some of these past 25 but I would rather try to keep at 25. Some others various of you might like to mention for your own favourites: Steve Hackett Halcyon Half Past Four Halloween Hamadryad Jan Hammer Happy the Man Harmonium Harvey Milk Hecenia Herd of Instinct Hidria Spacefolk Steve Hillage Tim Hodgkinson Roger Hodgson Steve Hogarth Joanne Hogg Allan Holdsworth Horslips Steve Howe --------------------- Please vote for three, or more, or less from the poll options (multiple votes enabled). If you like any from the poll, please list one or some, and I am happy for people to mention their favourites that are not in the poll. I don't think of these as contests, I read and consider all of the posts, and while I do find recognition to be important, to me it is not that important if an option is added to such a poll or instead in posts. Here are the past polls: 29 "G" List Acts & 26 "F" List Acts & 25 "E" List Acts & 26 "D" List Acts & 25 "C" List Acts & 25 "B" List Acts & 25 "A" List Acts Edited by Logan - August 25 2024 at 00:17 |

Just saw Herbie at the Hollywood Bowl with Headhunters. Bennie Maupin was a little too sloppy, but Herbie is still shredding at 84!

Henry Cow. I would have voted for Steve Hackett, Jimmi Hendrix or Happy the Man if they were on the list.

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
