First vote for the very remarkable  Blackstar by David Bowie.  Radiohead's A Moon Shaped Pool comes next from the list, then King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard's Nonagon Infinity.

Not in the list (some in PA, some not, and Prog or not, but all have enough relations for me to associate with Prog to some extent, and most are kinds of Prog by my standards... At least all have kinds of progressive qualities, or experimental):

Swans - The Glowing Man
Kikagaku Moyo - House in the Tall Grass
North Sea Radio Orchestra - Dronne
Bruno Pernadas - Those Who Throw Objects at the Crocodiles Will Be Asked to Retrieve Them
Klaus Morlock - Penumbra
Klaus Morlock - Betheny's Cradle
Weyes Blood - Front Row Seat to Earth
Xiu Xiu - Plays the Music of Twin Peaks
Niechęć - Niechęć
Vanishing Twin - Choose Your Own Adventure
Jenny Hval - Blood Bitch
Emma Ruth Rundle - Marked for Death
Thee Oh Sees - A Weird Exits
Bent Knee - Say So

VDGG
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Fates Warning's Theories of Flight is excellent, the follow-up to their great return to form with Darkness in a Different Light.

Affinity is my favourite Haken album, Folklore is my favourite album by BBT and Blackstar my favourite by Bowie. I can't quite say the same for Frost* as I like Day and Age more than Falling Satellites. I voted for Haken as I don't like to see them without a vote.
