Hey All,
My dad wasn't a big prog guy when I was growing up, but my then girlfriend (now wife!)'s dad took us along to NEARfest in 2003...and it kind of changed my life.

I was immediately into Änglagård and through them I got into tons of prog stuff through high school and into college. I dig all the classic stuff - King Crimson, Rush, Pink Floyd, etc...but I'm also into more obscure stuff. We saw Kraan at NEARfest and that actually pushed me really into the German end of the pool and Krautrock as a whole. I am still super into Neu!, Can, Cluster, early Kraftwerk, and now the modern Krautrock bands (Kosmischer Läufer, Minami Deutsch, etc.).

I'm open to pretty much anything, though. I was recently turned on to some obscure Italian prog - of which my favorite has been Sensation's Fix.

Looking forward to reading about new tunes and getting to know everyone!
