I have been very fortunate to be asked to record a weekly spot on Graham Harfleet's The Progressive Rock Show on Progzilla Radio, this every Sunday at 8.00  in the evening. www.progzilla.com is where to head off to, and it would be great to see as many of you as possible in the chat room to discuss this and other wonderful music.

Tonight, my spot features one of the finest pieces of music ever recorded, the magnificent Change We Must by Jon Anderson from the 1994 album of the same name.

You can read a review of this and hundreds of other albums by heading off to www.lazland.org and simply navigate via the homepage or the banner at the top of this page.

We have a plethora of updates this evening for you on www.lazland.org, by far the greatest cultural website to ever come out of the Gwendraeth Valley!

There is the new album by experimental Italian outfit, Cyrax. There is the new single by Massimo Pieretti, featuring Nick Fletcher, Laura Piazzai, and others. There is also Shadows On Mercury, the new project by Ghost of the Machine members.

Pop along to the homepage to click on these and many other entirely free of corporate adverts stuff!

This evening's guest spot on The Progressive Rock Show on Progzilla Radio at 8.00 p.m. UK GMT is a discussion and playing of Judie Tzuke's phenomenal Bully from the album Secret Agent.

I hope to see as many of you as possible in the chat room.

Next week, incidentally, I will be recording my second YouTube interview with one of the finest modern progressive acts - details to follow!

Tonight's new album review is The Circus and the Nightwhale by Steve Hackett, a truly exceptional album by the maestro.

I have also updated my Progzilla Radio bit with last week's recording of Judie Tzuke.

You can read, see, and listen to everything by simply popping along to www.lazland.org and perusing my homepage and clicking on the relevant buttons.

It will probably be quiet now on the review front, as I have an exciting interview to prepare for. Details to follow.

Truly a great album, his best in quite a while.

Looking forward to that interview! Thumbs Up

Tonight at 8.00 p.m. UK GMT on Progzilla Radio, my guest spot on Graham Harfleet's Progressive Rock Show features The Bardic Depths, with Whispers In Space taken from their sublime new album, What We Really Like In Stories. It would be great if as many of you as possible could join us in the Chat Room for the show.

Later this week, I will be publishing an interview with Dave Bandana & Peter Jones from the band discussing this and other aspects of their work.

Tonight's update over at www.lazland.org is an exclusive interview with Dave Bandana & Peter Jones of The Bardic Depths discussing their new album, What We Really like In Stories. This is the second in my "A Drink & A Chat With" series, and I plan to do a lot more of them.

I think this is one of the finest interviews I have done. You can view it on the website at https://lazland.org/interviews/the-bardic-depths or you can head off to my YouTube channel and see it at https://www.youtube.com/@stevelazenby6484/videos

And if someone could teach me (again) how to embed a video here, I would be most grateful.

Incidentally, I managed to embed the video easily over at Prog Ears, so I am now not sure whether this is me, or the forum software here.

Indeed! A fine interview Steve. And I'm sure that a little libation helps to sharpen the mind and loosen the tongue of your guests. Ingenious! LOL

Didn't get passed the - orgasmic - musical intro yet, but this is how you can embed the video: copy the string/code that follows the watch?v= part of the youtube link and paste it between the tube brackets - [tube ] before the string and [/tube ] at the and of the string, without the spaces within the square brackets. You can click "quote" above this message to show the code used in my message and how I show the embed:

Okay, we have uploaded two album reviews to www.lazland.org this week, and they are Dutch outfit, For All We Know, the solo vehicle of Within Temptation guitarist, Ruud Jolie and a fascinating stoner, psych rock album by Russian duo, Sun Q.

Both are extremely worthy of your considered reading and listening. As ever, take yourselves along to my homepage and click on the relevant links.

I am hoping next week to post some thoughts on the BBT album amongst other aural delights!

We have two new reviews for your enjoyment and delectation on www.lazland.org this evening.

The first is the new project of Zal Cleminson of (amongst others) SAHB, Nazereth, and Sin Dogs alongside Billy McGonagle, Orphans of the Ash with their very heavy Ellipsis. Fans of the heavier end of the prog spectrum should really enjoy this.

The second is the sophomore EP by Canadian duo, Space Kitchen, which will appeal to fans of the more playful end of the prog spectrum.

As ever, take yourself along to the website homepage and click on the buttons.
