Born in Liverpool yet of Scottish origin, Paul Dwyer is a musician/musicologist. He is a lover of and expert in Turkish music. As I know, his wife is a Turk and he still lives in Turkey.
The video of him I put below... Gel Gör Beni is quite a well known Turkish and Islamic tune. He plays our instrument "saz" really well here. His singing is also very good. Although his intonation in this performance is very impressve (perhaps perfect), his diction in Turkish carries kinda the "typical" foreigner pronunciation vibes of the words, whilst, surely far better handled than what a novice could do; it actually sounds very cute and is understandable. I hope you like it. |

I might have shared this one before. Anyways...
Splendid tune! Doom metal is one of the sub-genres I'm least interested in, yet this track really is awesome. |

Montreal-based Japanese psych-rock seven-piece Teke::Teke has released their second full-length album. This track may be their most "progressive" yet. An eclectic mix of sounds, this could appeal to some fans of groups like Black Midi. Check out the trombone solo at the end.

From Belarus, featuring the baritone guitar, kind of 90's alt rock vibe with extended psych/stoner rock jamming.

One of the most popular Finnish singer-songwriters since the early 80s. I don't know how much you get out of this if you don't know the language, but here it is anyway.
