The visit to the doctors was a complete waste of time. They’re going to try a new medicine for my use of boscopan and I am unable to get it until Tuesday because of the. Easter Band Holiday. So I am still in a lot of pain and taking painkillers every four hours. So I don’t feel like doing anything at all.

I’m doing absolutely nothing. I’m back in the usual routine of sheer self loathing. Which usually means negative thoughts and emotions and locking myself in my own room and taking the medication and going through the process of mindfulness meditation.
