What are your top 10 tracks from Steven Wilson’s solo career? Not including Porcupine Tree, No-Man, or any other side projects. And, if it’s not asking too much, in order of preference. I find his work fascinating. As for me....

1. Drive Home
2. Routine
3. Deform to Form a Star
4. Perfect Life
5. Luminol
6. Ancestral
7. Raider Prelude
8. Hand Cannot Erase
9. Happy Returns /Ascendant Here On
10. The Raven That Refused to Sing

Excellent choices and a great topic. I’ll give it some thought and get back to you on my options.

Luminol and Detonation are well up there for me but as said I would need to give it a some thought to come up with a list.

Two superb songs and like yourself. I’m having to give it some thought on my list too.

First time post. Long time fan of Progressive Rock and Jazz Fusion. I believe Steven Wilson to be one of the leaders of modern prog. Here are my 10 favorites:

1) Home Invasion / Regret #9
2) The Holy Drinker
3) Deform to Form a Star
4) Drive Home
5) Remainder the Black Dog
6) First Regret / 3 Years Older
7) The Raven That Refused to Sing
8) No Twilight Within the Courts of the Sun
9) Vermillioncore
10) Routine

Just missing: Insurgentes and Luminol. Ask on a different day and these 2 could slide in somewhere between the 8-10 spots. First 7 are firmly in top 10.
