To be honest with you, when you'd been absent from here for over a year, I began to wonder if you'd died and gone to prog heaven, so it's a great relief to see you back here again amongst your proggy friends before Mostly Autumn arrives. Thumbs Up

No I’m still here lol its my constant battles with my health and mental health issues which. I’ve sometimes get to the point of need to take time out. Of social media and the outside everyday crap.

Starting my day with Soft Machine-Thirdlater this morning I’ve an appointment at the hospital eeks! More tests to do with my bladder problem lol hopefully I’ll get an answer to my issue with it. My planned playlist is:
The Lonely Moon-Moonlight Drift
The Emerald Dawn-Nocturne
Mostly Autumn- Live In The USA
The Emerald Dawn-To Touch The Sky

Doctors appointment went well new prescription for new medicine to try out for three months, let’s see how it go’s cannot be any worse than nows issues time will tell still have a blast listening to some excellent Prog music so. Result in my Book oh one minor issue. I’m going to have to reduce my caffeine intake by a Mega amount so that’s going to be hard but it’s do able

I mentioned this to my doctor and his response was tea contains caffeine in it. So gotta cut down on both. So it’s do what the doctor ordered, it’s better for my health care
