Identifying live recording of 70s avant-prog song

   Hello all!

I'm searching for a live recording of an avant-prog song that sounded like it was from the 1970s. Unfortunately I don't have a recording of it but I do remember some of the lyrics. Opened with someone calling out "LAST TOWN!!" and had a chorus of "city of light, shining so bright" Sounded like it was performed by a large band as the vocals were by many different people. Reminded me of Henry Cow or a Rock in Opposition-type band.

Any thoughts?
