I'm very fond of
Marillion - Script for a Jester's Tear (1983)
Anekdoten - Vemod (1993)
Anglagard - Hybris (1992)
Riverside - Out of Myself (2003)
and find
Pendragon - The Jewel (1985)
quite okay
quality over quantity, and all kind of PopcoRn almost beyond

If the 80s are a part of "modern prog", what is 21st Century Prog called? And what are the releases from 1976-79 (i.e. post-"Classic Era" prog) called? I am confused!Confused

There are a lot of great albums here. IO voted for The Flower Kings, but many albums here are as good, and deserve a vote too.

A tough call here. Many excellent options.

Will go Present over SB and Opeth.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.
