As I plan to release four, not three, Clashes for this week, we will start off with 2017! Some albums that I enjoyed a lot but let's see if the fellow forum members enjoyed them as well. Please vote and leave a post!

*It's 'To The Bone' for me this time*

From this selection, my favourites are Anathema and Steven Wilson. I thought about flipping a coin, because there’s not much in it, but instead decided to go by how I felt about those two albums compared with the rest of their respective discographies. The Optimist is my favourite Anathema album, and To The Bone is not my favourite SW album - so, Anathema it is!

One of two albums I loved from 2017 from Anna Murphy. Which I like more, depends on the day, but both are really good. 🥰

I picked Ayreon's The Source, though if it had been on the list, for sure my vote would've gone to Wobbler's From Silence To Somehwere.

Actually, the Mission by Styx. I think that's one of the best late career albums ever made by a 70s band and its prog as hell! The song Red Storm in particular.... one of their best of all time. But besides that, great production value, songwriting and a really neat concept too! Pain of Salvation in second

Wobbler was not in poll? From the list Caligula's Horse. But Nova Collective The Further Side and Bubblemath's Edit Peptide are overlooked masterpieces.
