I purchased stardust we are supposed to be in excellent condition second hand on amazon.. from a dodgy seller.. the title track had a scratch in it so I can't vote based on what I hear as I only have disc one .. Beware of Darkness is superior I think ... but remember I got screwed by the amazon seller, its not the first time an amazon seller had screwed me same thing happened with Rush different stages the discs were in appalling condition, I only buy new these days not second hand.

I haven't listened to these two in quite a while.
I could vote if I give them another listen. If I have time... and mood...

I haven't listened to these two albums in a long time. So much music, so little time. I want to give them a listen now when I have some time.

It either gets you or it doesn't. That's the nature of art.

For me is both. Not among my top rated albums, but quite enjoyable in their own ways.

Beware of Darkness is a decent album. Stardust We Are is drawn out for at least an hour too long and is relatively uninspired.

Just for clarity's sake, Beware of Darkness is a George Harrison song off his debut triple album. So it's funny you mention that it's Beatles-esque. Funnily enough, Morse had originally only heard the Leon Russel version.

Both masterpieces for me. Stardust We Are is a rare creature as a double album where both discs are as good as each other.

Second vote for Stardust in a week, and I quite enjoy BOD.
