mei is great, but I think you should revisit The End is Beautiful... lots of prog, more subtle than mei.

I guess I should but I don't currently own it. Also, definitely check out the earlier stuff like As the World. That was sort of like their homage to Gentle Giant.

I have all Echolyn's releases. All are awesome. Their DVD Stars and Gardens is also a must have. The End is Beautiful is my fave, it just clicks with me more than the others. Edited by Grumpyprogfan - November 06 2019 at 07:02 |

Any prog album that's NOT King Crimson, apart from the first album.
Then again, if I want a bit of variety to spice up my life, I might listen to one of my Prog Rocks! compilations. ![]() ![]() |

Sorry, I'm just not a fan of King Crimson, as you probably already guessed when I didn't know who Adrian Belew is - although I do now. ![]() By the way, the extra "n" in "unnnecessary" was unnecessary.

Being a member of ProgArchives is a constant education, but at least I knew who Robert Fripp was before I arrived here. ![]() By the way, I'd never heard of Alex Lifeson of Rush either, until I posted my recent Guitar Heroes poll, so that's another new name I've learned since being here.
