Under the "Subscriptions" tab in you Member Control Panel, I saw that you were subscribed on on thread (a Rush one), I unsubscribed you to that.  If you continue to receive email notifications, consider creating another email address (using some free service), then updating you profile with that.  It says there not no email address is needed, and updating your profile with no email might work, but I'd be wary to have none (in case something goes wrong, and you need it for the site).  That said, my email address here has been defunct for over a decade, but I haven't tried updating my profile without one..

Glad I could help.  While you had turned off the email notifications in your profile/forum preferences, under "Subscriptions" you were still subscribed to one topic (I checked the box beside "Topics that you have subscribed to email notification" and clicked on "Unsubscribe" for that one topic that it listed you as being subscribed to).
