I'm not a huge Yes fan I must say, I love all that prog of the 70's giants but Yes isn't on my top 10 artists list. I wanted to add Tales but I actually can't remember a single note from that album. I used to enjoy it a bit that's all I know. Edited by LSDisease - January 08 2014 at 02:36 |

1. South Side Of The Sky
2. And You And I 3. Gates Of Delirium 4. Turn Of The Century 5. Heart Of The Sunrise 6. Yours Is No Disgrace 7. Cinema 8. I See You 9. Astral Traveller 10. Machine Messiah I've picked a few tracks from the earliest albums as they deserve more attention. Love the chunky organ sound and Peter Banks was a more straightforward guitarist. OK it was the CTTE line up that was absolute classic the best ever but those early albums are lovely. Its hard for me to pick much post Drama as very little actually stands out to my ears. I went for Cinema as Yes didn't do 'instrumentals' and that is a absolute beauty. I like Magnification and Keystudio and even Talk. All very listenable but not amazing releases.

It's usually a different set of songs every time I attempt this but what the heck. To keep it from being boring I'm going to put a little spin on it.
No order: 1. Heart of the Sunrise kidney of the sunset 2. I've seen all good people and none of them are politicians 3. Starship Trooper spaceship pooper 4. The revealing science of god is not an oxymoron I promise 5. Endless dream temporary nightmare 6. And you and I could be lovers but you put me in the friendzone instead. 7. Close to the edge of insanity 8. The Gates of Delirium will lead you to a roundabout 9. Yours is no disgrace except when you take too long in the bathroom 10. Awaken before you are late for school
