"They don't sleep anymore on the beach....."
Seems like people are getting really enthusiastic about GY!BE, so many threads about their stuff.
But I'm certainly one of them

yeah its really good. they aint had too many album reviews on the main site tho. when i first started using this site they were pretty much unkown. i only found out about em after browsing through the G index and was intruiged by their strange band name, to find that some people had reviewed them saying how unique and amazing they are. so then i got lift your skinny fists and was completely blown away.

I have some of their music, but never have bothered to know what the songs are called.

Storm takes the cake with Rockets Fall close behind! Then East Hastings
(Which I am llistening to right now!) the right behind that all the
rest! I love this band so much, good poll. Seems storm is a fave.

I'm sorry... GYBE?

Godspeed you Black Emperor. They're good music, but far too morose.

Tough call, but it has to be something off 'Fists to Heaven', so I chose 'Storm'.
By the way, does anyone know if they're going to do anything else - A Silver Mt. Zion thingy wotsit Orchestra and contract catering service are all very well, but I thing GYBE still has a lot of unfulfilled potential.

They probably will eventually, they're just taking time off to work on other projects right now.
