I have no favorite word because I don't care much for the English language.
It sounds flat to me.
I would prefer a more flowing and rhythmic language like Italian or Spanish.
Also, if Spanish is spoken traditionally and properly it is a very romantic language.

I love this word because it gives no clues to what it could possible mean but the five syllables seem to bounce when you speak them which makes it sound like a happy word, so when I first found out what it meant it made me smile.
Unfortunately it starts off sounding rather sonorous and woody then gets all tinny at the end. Portmanteau is another word that can't quite decide whether it wants to be tinny or woody but is still quite pleasing to say, shame it's not an English word as it's one of my favourites.
