This has been bugging me ever since I started seeing people on a 'PSIKE' team, so...what does PSIKE mean?

Just ZART.

ZART team is fine by me, I don't mind the redundancy - the PMT Team is another though ZART team works best because it can be sounded as two words "Zart team", whereas "Zar team" just sound naff by comparison. It would be even better if they were truly recursive like GNU but hey-ho, we can't have everything.
