When I first started listening to it in the 80s, I would have told you Thela Hun Ginjeet, but now I would say Frame by Frame.

Both tracks are excellent, I get the Talking Heads influence for sure (even though I don't like TH whatsoever) - probably go for Thela - Primus did a great version of it at a gig I saw in the late-90's, and I just love the insanity of it all.
All the 3 80's Crimso albums are full of eccentricities.
