As for the weather it's cold, windy and snowing here but it was very good anyway.

yeah.. I suppose I could start now but too lazy to now I spend a lot of my working days outside and the last thing I want to do is spend my free time back out in the cold. Besides knowing myself all too well, if I throw myself into something I don't cut corners and do it 150%.  I think right now I'm just working on cutting down, I'm down to only a handful of cigarettes a day, then perhaps come Spring it won't be such a shock to the system to finally drop the cigs and work myself hard. I did promise Raff this year I'd do it, and I do mean to do so this time.
