Oh yeah! I feel great now! Big smile

yeah... I might have to take a cue from that.  Once the weather warms up here I'm planning to get back into running as part of my plan to finally kick the habit.  I've really cut back the smoking, but talking with some friends they recommend just not doing it cold turkey, but in conjunction with something like biking or running.

I'll need some pump me up music.. good thing I have lots of that. YS will be the first album I take out with me,  will also be quite apropos if I drop dead in the attempt LOL

That's great, Michael! Clap Just keep it like that!

As for the weather it's cold, windy and snowing here but it was very good anyway. Smile

Osanna - Milano Calibro 9      RPI - Italy - 1972  (1973 US)
This album varies so much from beginning to end that it's difficult to put
a label on the musical style. Hard rock, symphonic rock, space rock, etc.

yeah.. I suppose I could start now but too lazy to now LOL I spend a lot of my working days outside and the last thing I want to do is spend my free time back out in the cold. Besides knowing myself all too well, if I throw myself into something I don't cut corners and do it 150%.  I think right now I'm just working on cutting down, I'm down to only a handful of cigarettes a day, then perhaps come Spring it won't be such a shock to the system to finally drop the cigs and work myself hard. I did promise Raff this year I'd do it, and I do mean to do so this time. Embarrassed

self titled - 1974.  Not much info about this UK band. Progressive rock that is easy
to listen to.
