The "thanks" button should appease those who thought a "Like" button would be a good idea.

I suspect it won't be pretty, as I don't think any of us are enjoying work atm, but no-one has adressed the issue, or rather issues, yet (I suspect the one who has to do it is me), and our department leader doesn't have the guts to deal with the issue(s) either, I think.
 
So, yeah, I'm not having the best of days at work of late either, to put it mildly, too much bickering and negative feedbacks, and no positive feedback whatever one does. Really tiresome and perhaps the main reason why I've been feeling depressed of late.
