Anyway, even if I think that Final Cut is the worst Pink Floyd album, for me it's always a great pleasure listening to it. Division Bell is an album that can easily compete with the good old ones.

I actually voted for Meddle.

The Final Cut is one of three albums Roger Waters wrote in the late 70's and to me it's an absolutely unique release. Brezhnev took Afghanistan, Begin took Beirut, Galtieri took the Union Jack...  David Gilmour hates this record with a passion but who's not enjoying Two Suns In The Sunset?

Come in here, dear boy, have a cigar. You're gonna go far, you're gonna fly high, You're never gonna die, you're gonna make it if you try; they're gonna love you.
When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

An interesting choice. That's an album written and recorded in about two weeks, the most pop-oriented and IMO underrated. This makes it one of the most spontaneous works of PF.

I believe More was also recorded with very little time, and that one's also a soundtrack. I guess I prefer More.
