Two trippy, jazzy, and avant-rock prog rock songs, whom i like very much, becouse they both are insane in a concentrated and technical way. 

They both olay around on the same themes, repetition but also dissonance, and blues-jazz-avant garde elements, 

I would also love to cover them one time.

Ya know, I never realized that Alucard is Dracula backwards.

Snails is better btw

i find them both good, and creepy in a way, or haunting (dissonance) also lvoe the use of Moog on Alucard but also use of dissonance use of bass chords on Snails (Slians)

Yes, Dracula due to allergies, and Snails because it makes them tastier to most  --but not to vampires, of course.  Dracula does not eat snails in a garlic sauce, that's for sure.

thats what Blade should do in the next installment of Blade franchise, make some french delicate snails to kill vampires :D

Wreck (by Gentle Giant) is similar in form to both these songs also)

Yep Snails for me too although I think they should have shortened it a bit.
BTW Kerry Minnear is running a company named Alucard, I don't think his business associates realized it's Dracula spelled backwards.
