Thought this would be an obscure enough bit of trivia.
Two albums that have a bit of symmetry to them: Justin Hayward & John Lodge’s Blue Jays. At the very end of the last track, When You Wake Up, just before it fades completely, Hayward plays a guitar line matching the melody of the first track, This Morning. Ambrosia’s Somewhere I’ve Never Travelled. Again, the last track, We Need You Too, fades with the line “somewhere I’ve never travelled…” taken from the opening title track. |

Canterbury luminaries Dave Stewart and Barbara Gaskin did a cover-version of 'It's My Party' during the early-80's - the fading keyboard motif played by Dave is a theme from National Health's 'Tenemos Roads' !!!

When British singer Barry Palmer sent a response to an ad in Melody Maker for a vocalist for Triumvirat, who were replacing Helmut Koellen, Palmer sent Jurgen Fritz a copy of his version of Paul McCartney's "Maybe I'm Amazed". This immediately impressed Fritz, as it was his favorite song at the time.

About Bardens, there's an EP containing 4 short songs entitled "I Can See The Whole World Turn Round". It's the only release of the band below: |

IIRC, Pete and Mick did play and record together. Mick played on Pete's Speed Of Light album in '89 and I recall the tour ad in the paper citing "Pete Bardens' Speed of Light Band featuring Mick Fleetwood." |

I just read that Annie Haslam was present, as part of the audience, at The Beatles fooftop concert. Suposedly she even appears in the video (though I guess one would have to pay a lot of attention to spot her).

When Harvest released Helmut Koellen's posthumous solo album You Won't See Me in November of 1977 in Germany and South America, there was also a promo single of the record's title track.
