Excellent selection, but I pick Magma, with Hawkwind in 2nd.

Love the perfection of Seconds Out even though "Live" shouldn't mean perfection---which brings me to Yessongs--another favorite--the guys were young and riled up--which makes it more raw and less perfect--but great in it's own right.

I came to that conclusion long ago. Just totally different tastes. There are others who share your view and others who share mine. That's not a problem so long as we respect that neither of us have a monopoly on the truth.
 
I actually saw Hawkwind live in c1971/2 and they were absolutely awful; the most amateurish band I've ever seen. And that dancer Stacia - not a pretty sight!

Does anyone have the remastered YesSongs (if so which version) and is it worth it? In terms of material it's my favourite of the list but the original muddy sound hampered it a bit.

Lovely part of the world. Was up on the Moors last week on a pub crawl on a blisteringly hot, sunny day. Used to do the Lyke Wake Walk (40 miles from Osmotherley to Ravenscar) a lot when I was younger; far too old now! Saw Mostly Autumn for the first time at the Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge a few years back - great pub for ale and food which saved my life once at 2am in a blizzard in the middle of a winter walk. (I don't have shares!).

"Roxy Music Live" from their 2000 reunion tour is a really great double live accounting of that tour. No Eno or Jobson; however the rest are all accounted for.

From my experience it mostly rains in Yorkshire

I love all of Bursting Out, Second's Out, Ricochet and Space Ritual. And after the abuse it has got I will vote for Space Ritual.
