Greetings from the distant past (March 2013)
That will of course sound like nonsense to everyone reading it soon after I said it, but this being 'just for fun' I thought maybe we can all send messages to our future selves (hello Stool Man reading this again in 2017! etc etc) That's all there is to it - post a message to your future self, and eventually this topic will drop off the currentpage of activity, then it'll be revived by somebody someday, and we'll all laugh at the daft idea. Then it'll drop off the radar again for a while, then it'll be revived again - over and over for years to come. Note to myself in the future - Why did I not listen to (insert band name here) before? They're awesome! (note to admins - please don't lock this topic, you'll spoil the entire point of it)

In 2017 there'll be a famous Prog band called "Poop Poop Poop Undies Poop", and we'll rediscover this was predicted here years earlier.

I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz! Please drop me a message with album suggestions. |

This tread made i want to do the opposite, and dig into some of the old old treads on PA
one of the oldest treads i could find:
( was a poll a bit older)
The fact that MP3 & Download is not mentioned at all, amuses me, times change fast.

Note to self from the past: Find the grey booklet hidden in the big black aluminium tray and hold it to your ear. Then sing about the tobacco industry.
