I second that Scott!
The first time I heard it, I thought it sounded like PT(Not a bad thing..), but the more I hear - the more I hear that wonderful early KC vibe running through it(again, not a bad thingBig smile).

I'd put this close to their more "low key" albums.  Similar to their last one (Popular Songs) but without any long freakouts.  The focus is on pretty songs with a gentle krautrock vibe. Not the gentle beach music of "Summer Sun", but usually with a bit more pulse and drone.

I haven't gotten the Chelsea Light Moving yet.   I went to do an order and realized I had several other albums I needed to get first, stuff I'd already been waiting to buy for a while.  It's high on the list though, along with Lee R's album I asked you about earlier.

Love the energy of this album. Nice for days with sunshine and a buzzing city.

One of the defining albums of my life.  I've got every note etched on my brain.

That's how I feel about The Stooges' Raw Power. I really believe that album saved my life. Played it constantly during the riots of Ungdomshuset back in 2006. It made me able to vent, even if that sounds crazy. Everything about it is edged in my brain, as you put it.
Music is the best thing out there.
