14. Distance, A very little known AOR band, with an impressive drummer, very Bonhamian in his chops. If  I am not wrong, they recorded only one album. Much more entertaining than Asia if you ask me.

Well I can agree that Asia were the disappointment of the 80s.

15. Another little known band, Spoonfed Hybrid is the brainchild of a past Pale Saints' member.  They are difficult to classify, but their music is akin to the late experiences of Talk Talk.

I like them and their main tune here on this track kinda reminds me of Elbow with Lippy Kids even if the overall composition is different.

16. Saviour Machine, a christian prog-metal band with vocals in the gothic rock vein. Their vocalist, Eric Clayton, is featured on one of the Ayreon projects.

17. Kombi, the most popular polish synth-pop band. But here, they sound like a jazzy prog-rock band. this was before they changed their musical style. Their vocalist, Grzegorz Skawinski, is also a "guitar hero", his solo album 'Skawinski' is a must-have for any AOR fan (yes, it is AOR).
Unless you live in Poland, this album is quite impossible to find iin record shops.

17 Kombi - Krolowie zycia - 03 slodka jest noc, where is this band from? The singer although not singing in Italian, sounds like Eros Ramazzoti especially with Se Bastasse Una Canzone (or rather Se bastasse una bella canzone). Big smile
Thumbs Up

18. Radar Bros. Not sure they are prog, but "Mothers" sounds like the Pink Floyd of the golden age.

19. Western Front. Founded by Thin Lizzy guitarist, Scott Gorham, after his sessions for Phenomena II. Quite nice AOR band. Soon after this short-lived band, he found another recommended AOR band, 21 Guns.

20. Back to some space rock, with the late Rick Wright. Very relaxing tune.
